Good Thinking is designed to improve the mental health and wellbeing of Londoners.  This 24-hour online service finds people who may be struggling with a range of issues impacting on their mental health and directs them to resources that meet their personalised needs.

Shout is the UK’s first 24/7 text service, free on all major mobile networks, for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. It’s a place to go if you’re struggling to cope and you need immediate help. Shout is powered by a team of volunteers, who are at the heart of the service. We take people from crisis to calm every single day.

The Mix

The Mix provides a free and confidential multi-channel services which offers support and tools needed to take on any challenge, from homelessness to finding a job, from money to mental health, from break-ups to drugs.
