1) Will continue to engage with local partners, including the voluntary and community sector, health providers and community members to deliver our public mental health and wellbeing strategy. 2) Will introduce Community, workplace and individual-level mental health literacy where we will continue to commission accredited Mental Health First Aid training over the next year to improve awareness of mental health and contribute to the reduction of stigma around mental health locally.
3) Have workplace efforts to support the mental health of employees, where we will seek to achieve commitment level of the London Healthy Workplace Charter in order to demonstrate leadership in workplace health particularly in the area of mental health.
4) Support Local housing and mental health, where Lewisham Council will work with local housing providers and other local partners to implement the recommendations of our Housing Select Committee ‘Housing and Mental Health Review’ completed earlier this year.
5) Will also drive engagement in Thrive LDN and other partners of the Thrive LDN campaign including Time to Change.
