Now Available in 12 Languages – Please Share Widely / Upload to GP Practice Websites

Last year North Central London CCG produced a short video aimed at encouraging women that have been invited for their cervical screening test and not yet had it done, to contact their local GP practice and book an appointment.

Given the concerns around COVID-19 it has been important to provide some reassurance to these women that healthcare services are taking additional steps to keep everyone safe and show what the nurse is likely to be wearing when carrying out the procedure.

The Video is titled Have you been invited to have a cervical screening test?

As part of enabling this video and message to be shared to a wider audience and reach communities where English is not their first language, we have now translated the video into 12 common languages spoken in London.

All 12 videos are available to view on the My Health section on the NCL CCG Website, with direct links to individual videos below.

Please do share this widely through your usual communication channels and we ask GPs to also upload to their own practice website if possible.
