In our conversations with IAPT services we have heard about many examples of innovative roles and responsibilities for IAPT practitioners, but also different ways that IAPT teams operate in order to deliver outreach or partnership working. We have also compiled a few examples of IAPT training and some challenges/barriers facing the IAPT workforce.
