Healthy London Partnership and Healthcare Consulting unite to strengthen transformation impact

Healthy London Partnership and Healthcare Consulting have come together as a single team, called ‘Transformation Partners in Health and Care’ (TPHC).

The new name and identity reflect the core values that underpin the team’s partnerships and consultancy services. The way we work isn’t changing but together we are stronger, with our unique blend of expertise, knowledge and experience.

With services spanning both partnerships and consultancy, and greater opportunities for sharing learning and best practice, we look forward to developing our offer to partners and clients in a way that will benefit the populations we serve.

Healthy London Partnership (HLP) and Healthcare Consulting (HC) have been hosted by The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust since July 2022.

Work has been underway since then to establish a joint brand and identity to reflect the joined-up team’s new status. This included engagement with both staff and stakeholders to support the development of the brand.

Sue Hunter, Managing Director of Transformation Partners in Health and Care, said:

“I am delighted that today we are launching our new identity. Transformation Partners in Health and Care is a true reflection of who we are and our values.

“The launch of the new brand demonstrates to our partners, funders and clients that we are one joined-up improvement and transformation team, making the most of the incredible skills, knowledge and experience of all our people. With our wealth of expertise, we will continue to work with our partners and support local systems in their recovery and make a positive difference to the health and wellbeing of the populations we serve.”

Transformation Partners in Health and Care is engaging with partners and clients about the changes.
