Registration is now open for the London End of Life Care and Homelessness Event. This event will be jointly hosted by NHS England (London region) End of Life Clinical Network, Healthy London Partnership, St Mungo’s, Hospice UK and Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government. The event is taking place on Friday, 19 October 2018 from 1pm – 5pm at Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, 108 Stamford Street, Southbank, London, SE1 9NH.
