Registration is now open for the London End of Life Care and Homelessness Event.  This event will be jointly hosted by NHS England (London region) End of Life Clinical Network, Healthy London Partnership, St Mungo’s, Hospice UK and Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government. The event is taking place on Friday, 19 October 2018 from 1pm – 5pm at Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, 108 Stamford Street, Southbank, London, SE1 9NH.

We are delighted to be joined by keynote speakers Jane Cook – National Health and Homelessness Advisor, Martin Murphy – Project Manager, Homeless Health Peer Advocacy Service Groundswell, Dr Caroline Shulman – GP in Homeless and Inclusion Health, UCL, Dr Briony Hudson –Health Psychologist, UCL. Niamh Brophey – Palliative Care Co-ordinator, St Mungo’s, Dr Barbara Sheehy-Skeffington – Consultant in Palliative Medicine and Melanie Hodson – Information Specialist.
